rich in various vitamins and minerals. It helps in digestion process also. Besan will be slightly heavy on stomach. So this combination will help you to have normal food with different taste. I learned this recipe from my friend when we are chatting in free time. Now-a-days, this recipe is included in our regular routine as spring onions also helps in treating flu and infections.
Ingredients:
Besan Flour - 4 tbsp
Spring Onions - 1 big bunch (appx. 2 cups)

Cumin Seeds (Jeera) - 1 1/2 tsp (1 tsp for masala and 1/2 tsp for frying)
Ajwain (omam) - 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Amchoor Powder - 1.4 tsp (optional)
Oil - 6 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Method:

Method:
- Mix all the masala's with besan flour without water and keep aside.
- In heavy bottomed non-stic pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds and let it splutter.
- Add spring onions and fry for 3 minutes. Add necessay amount of salt.
- Turn the stove to low medium heat and put gram/ besan flour into it.
- Mix without adding water. The oil will be absorbed entirely by the flour.
- If need add little more oil or sprinkle few drops of water
- Cook on low flame for 20 minutes with covered lid.
- In between cooking time mix the masala.
Note:
1. If you feel too much of oil is added, then you can reduce the amount of oil to 3 tbsp and add little amount of water (appx. 15-20 drops).
2. If you add more water then masala will be mashy.
