Naan is generally an oven-baked and most popular flat bread.
This is a favourite food for many of us from children to adults.

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water for 10 minutes.
  2. Once the yeast is forthy , add to flour along with olive oil, sugar and salt and stir to combine.
  3. Pour the yogurt into dry mixture and mix gently with hands still it forms soft and slightly sticky dough.
  4. Keep the dough covered for 45 minutes.
  5. After 45 minutes, the dough will be doubled and extremely soft and sticky.
  6. Take a small amount of the dough and dust it with extra dry flour to keep away sticking.
  7. Using rolling pin, roll the dough thin and brush butter over it.
  8. Fold the roll into two parts. Again apply butter and fold again.
  9. Roll into 1/2 inch thickness of your desired shape.

Note:
1. If active dry yeast is used, then after kneading the dough leave atleast for 2 hours.
