Fruit Chaat

Fruit Chaat is a blend of assorted fruits packed with nutrients and also low in calories.
For this chaat banana and oranges are must and any fruits can be combined depending o seasonal availability and personal preferences.








Ingredients:

Apple                  - 1
Cucumber            - 1
Oranges               - 1
Banana                 - 1
Pears                    - 1
Pineapple              - 1/4 cup

Dressing:

Ginger                     - 1" (Grate and have only juice)
Green Chilli             - 1 (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves     - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Mint Leaves            - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Sugar                      - 1 tsp
Black salt                - a pinch
Lemon juice            - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder    - less than 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Chaat masala          - 1 1/2 tsp
Amchoor powder   - 1/4 tsp
Roasted Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp (powdered)
Salt                        - 1 tsp

Method:





  1. Cut the fruits into 1/4 " size pieces.
  2. Take the cut fruits in a bowl and keep aside.
  3. Crush green chilli, coriander leaves and mint leaves using mortar and pestle.
  4. Add lemon juice to the mixture of fruit bowl.
  5. Now add the crushed items and other items of dressing.
  6. Toss the fruits mixture or mix well with a spoon and serve.
